Choices sample

(Created as test for binary choice on a video game)

You are an officer of the City Guard: you have contributed to maintaining law and order in your neighborhood by managing everything with honesty and rectitude, but now you find yourself faced with a dilemma: through your informants you discover that one of the most dangerous bosses in the city and your personal white whale that you have been trying to arrest for years finds refuge with an acquaintance of his who is an important diplomat, which makes him untouchable; apparently he plans to change his identity and leave the country to make a new life abroad; this would mean that the person responsible for most of the murders that have stained the streets of your neighborhood will get away with it, but an alternative solution would mean ruining your career and everything you have always believed in the system; how do you choose to act?
